If the package that you did not sign for in front of the deliveryman is damaged or missing, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealing tape) and report it to the local post office within 2 days after signing for it (based on the delivery time on the logistics company's website), and provide the goods invoice, physical photos and other information to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office for you

If the goods you purchased have quality problems after using them for a period of time, as long as the goods are still within the quality assurance period and have the original purchase receipt and product quality assurance card, you can entrust 123buy to contact the mainland Chinese merchant to handle the return/exchange;
1) Because each seller/manufacturer has its own unique principles and methods for handling product quality problems (based on the product quality assurance card), 123buy cannot guarantee that the manufacturer can fully meet your requirements, but will try its best to fight for your interests and satisfy you.
2) 123buy provides this agent service without charging any service fee, but you need to bear the round-trip shipping cost of the goods. 123buy reserves the right to refuse to provide this agent service for goods that do not meet the quality assurance conditions.
We will not accept your request for return or exchange of goods in any of the following circumstances:
1. The goods have been exchanged, the original appearance has been changed, or parts are missing;
2. The goods have been unpacked, such as software packages, CDs, DVDs, cassettes, etc.;
3. The goods do not have the original purchase receipt.
4. If the goods are missing, damaged, or defective, you need to contact customer service within 72 hours after signing for the package. No more requests will be accepted after the deadline.
