Compensation standards for parcel delivery:

If the mail is lost, short, damaged or delayed during delivery due to reasons not attributable to our company, our company will not compensate. We will not be liable for indirect losses and unrealized profits. For details, please refer to the parcel compensation standards

No compensation liability will be assumed in the following situations:

1. Caused by force majeure (except for insured mail).

2. The mailed items violate the prohibition or restriction regulations and are confiscated by the competent authorities or handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

3. The mail is well packaged and has no signs of dismantling when it is delivered, and the weight has not decreased, but the contents are short or damaged.

4. The recipient has signed for it in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

5. The mail is lost or delayed due to the customer's responsibility or the reasons of the mailed items themselves.

6. The customer has not inquired and has not made a claim for compensation from the date of delivery to the expiration of the inquiry period.

7. The international mail is detained, confiscated or destroyed by the destination country in accordance with its domestic laws.

Prohibited items

Items prohibited from mail delivery

1. Items prohibited from circulation or delivery by national laws and regulations;

2. Dangerous items such as explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive and toxic items;

3. Reactionary newspapers, books, windows or obscene items;

4. Various currencies;

5. Items that are harmful to public health;

6. Perishable items;

7. Live animals (except bees, silkworms and leeches whose packaging can ensure the safety of delivery and staff);

8. Items that may endanger personal safety, pollute or damage other mail equipment due to improper packaging;

9. Other items that are not suitable for mail delivery conditions.

Postal practice prohibits delivery

1. The nature of the items or their packaging may cause harm to postal service personnel or damage mail or postal equipment.

2. Items with sharp edges such as metal buttons used for sealing that may hinder mail processing.

3. All kinds of firearms, ammunition, explosive items, flammable items, corrosive items, radioactive elements and containers, strong poisons, anesthetic drugs, biochemical products and infectious items.

4. All kinds of publications, propaganda materials, printed materials that endanger social security and stability and are obscene.

5. All kinds of items that endanger public health.

6. Files or items that are prohibited from entering or circulating by the other party.

7. In addition to the general provisions mentioned above, the relevant regulations of the customs department should also be followed.

Taiwan Postal Regulations Prohibit Mailing

1. The nature of the items or their packaging is suspected of harming postal service personnel or damaging mail or postal equipment.

2. Metal buttons used for sealing have sharp edges that may hinder mail processing.

3. Flammable, explosive or other dangerous items. However, if the registered institutions use special methods to package perishable biological materials for mutual mailing, and the relevant competent authorities issue transportation certificates, they are not subject to this restriction.

4. Live animals. However, bees, silkworms, leeches, parasites sent between registered institutions, or insects used to eliminate pests are not subject to this restriction.

5. Radioactive materials.

6. Opium, morphine and other narcotic materials. However, if the relevant competent authorities issue transportation certificates or judicial organs or judicial police agencies provide documents to prove that the materials are used for litigation evidence, and are sent to each other as insured or declared value packages, or are used for medical or scientific research as insured packages, and are approved by the destination bureau, they are not subject to this restriction.

7. Obscene and indecent files or articles. However, if the judicial organs or judicial police agencies certify in writing that the materials are used for litigation evidence, they are sent to each other as registered letters or packages, and are not subject to this restriction.

8. Files or articles that are prohibited from entering the destination.

9. Files or articles that are prohibited from sale and manufacture by the relevant competent authorities in Taiwan. However, if the judicial organs or judicial police agencies certify in writing that the materials are used for litigation evidence, they are sent to each other as registered letters or packages, and are not subject to this restriction.

10. Lottery tickets and lottery-related advertising leaflets. However, if the judicial authority or judicial police authority certifies in writing that the item is for the purpose of litigation evidence, it can be sent by registered mail or parcel to each other without this restriction.

11. Other prohibited items stipulated by laws and regulations.
